Xitami Web Server

Post by AmaD »

Every time I attempt to run the Xitami web server - or click 'Start' to be precise, it says 'Could not open port 80 - protocol not known'. Can anyone tell me how to deal with this please?

Thanks

PS - I have deactivated my firewall and antivirus and still nothing..

Hmm, never thought about my router, perhaps it's that. I'm behind a firewall usually but I checked it without my firewall. :D

Yeah.. Port 80 is always open in the router, but it is filtered. Try disabling the filter
