The graphics are amazing.
It looks very much like real life.

Tebo i don't think you card will handle if very well i mean mine has a little trouble on Medium.

I set the graphics to Ultra High along with 8X AA (16X AA reset the settings to the lowest) and 1024x768 resolution. I was getting an average of 3 FPS with my GeForce 4 Ti 4200. :(
