Unknown Process

I was absently looking though msconfig and I found this process of which i have no idea of what it is or it's intent:

Can anyone tell me if they recognise this or if it is safe to stop it? Thanks

Take off the Remote Packet Capture Protocol and CaReTaKeR-CT NetMgr
