1. Introduction.
The AMDEdge US September Processor Promotion (“Promotion”) will be held on August 18, 2004 through September 15, 2004. Eligible participants can enter for a chance to win one of six (6) 939-pin AMD Athlonâ„¢ 64 FX-53 processors.

By participating in the Promotion, participants warrant that they are eligible to participate under the applicable law governing procurement of prizes and awards. Failure to return a signed affidavit and release within seven (7) days of receipt of the affidavit may result in forfeiture of the prize, except where prohibited by law. Proof of sending will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by AMD.

6. General Conditions.
Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Promotion constitutes the winner's consent to AMD's use of the winner's name, city, state, and county, likeness, photograph, statements made by the winner about the Promotion, AMD, and/or prize information for Promotion purposes in any media without further payment or consideration. Yes. But you should just use a nVidia chipset motherboard. AMD chipset motherboards are server and workstation based.
