hijackthis help

I have been trying to download and unzip hijackthis. The download completes but when it comes to unzipping a window pops up saying: could not start event logger. I was wondering how I can get a download of hijack this without having to unzip the file, or how to get the event logger to start. All help appreciated!

Download winace this should extract the files for you
