Genport I/O intialization failure

please help me with this problem listed in subject, I recently downloaded glide2x.dll to run a game and now when it runs it pops that message and minizmes the screen , i got a voodoo 3dfx, yea i know it sucks.

First of all, dont disc the Voodoo, it was and still is a very capable card.

Try uninstalling all drivers and updating them. Also, the problem may lay in the game itself, what game are you running and what operating system?

heh, im not sure exactly what driver I need, but anyways I'm running windows XP professional and I'm trying to play a game called Rune, but besides that, I used to play it and it was running fine on the 3dfx mode, its just that i reformatted my comp to windows xp and i deleted everything and started over so i lost some important driver stuff but im not exactly sure what i need
