2 p4 chip for any motherboard with clocking option.

uhm... i definitly want new mother board rite now!
so i can overclock it can be a regular motherboard.
i'm just trying to get away from intel motherboards.
i don't kare if the mother board is alittle older.

so anyone think they can help me out.
