_restore couldn't delete...

in my C:/ C:\_RESTORE\TEMP there hold a space abt 4gb...i onli had 9gb space.....i try to delete all the things in C:\_RESTORE\TEMP but onces i press delete it show mi "cannot delet A0000004: Access is denied. The source file may be in use" i try to login to window in safe mode n delete but it show the same...pls help..
