Bad Pool Error Help

Well guys here's the deal, I could be surfing the net to playing some video games... The screen turns blue and i get this error message..Bad_Pool_Caller and it forces me to reset my comp. Windows says that a fatal error has happend and it needs to shut down to prevent any damage to my system. This happens all the time. Thanks for the help.
