help me computer hardware problem

My computer just shut down its self I dont know why. Sometimes when i just turn my comp about 5 sec just turn off, sometimes about 10 min and its shut off its self. WHen its shut off the speaker pc sound bipping, its keep going and it will not stop until i take out the cable. I refresh the bios. even i took the battery to reset it. Is stilll dont work. In the bios mode when i try to load the safe-fail mode and save it, when its saving computer shut off again and beeping. Also i though it was a power problem, and i bought a 500 watt power from frys. If you have a generic psu, then that could be your problem, try using an antec or enermax psu.
