A problem with my speed touch 510

am using the router in the speedtouch 510 to connect 2 computers to the internet but i noticed that sometimes when i open a site it starts receiving data but then becomes idle and it stops receiving data until i hit the refresh botton.. and also a lot of times the last couple of items in the page just doesnt load until i refresh (the software on the router is v4.2.3 and i tried 2 upgrade it but it gives me an error msg)
