Setup Problems
I just bought a bunch of parts to build my first system and after getting the system together I keep getting this problem when i try and load an OS on the HD. This is my first time messing with SATA and its not in raid configuration. The problem is that after it gets done examing hardware and then tries to move onto loading setup files I get an error saying I have no HD installed. But why I can locate it in my bios. So I dont understand that. I know its plugged in right. I had some guys from my Computer Info. Class help me put it together. Is there anything I can do. I don't have a floppy drive in it so if I end up requiring some drivers off a floppy I will have to think of something else. Hope someone can maybe explain why im having this problem. Thanks!

Re: Setup Problems
u either get a floppy driver to load the raid drivers or do what i did and when during windows setup when it ask u to hit a key(for got what key but hit it!) to load 3rd party raid drivers let it install the basic one on the windows cd(windows will do that after it fails to find a 3rd party one). i had this same problem with my sata hd since the disk it came with was corrupted,
