beeping

hey everyone. im having a problem with my computer and its really bugging me. in the middle of just being online or just sitting at the computer, i can hear this beeping. i dont know if its coming from the speakers or the computer itself, but it starts off slow, like a beep.....beep....beep, then escalates to a beepbeepbeepbeepbeep. anybody know whats going on?

maybe some high temperatures

Hi, be sure to check all connections to the motherboard, especially IDE cables. Dont forget power cables either. Also, try cleaning ur case out, trapped dust or a loose screw could be causing your problem. Check for circuit shorts
