Pop troubles in Mandrake 10.1

I am running Mandrake 10.1 on a Pentium III 500. I'm trying to set it up as a mail server, and I have the smtp working, but I cannot get the pop server running for some reason.(I can send, but not receive mail) I don't know much about the command line, so I use Webmin, and that has worked efficiently until now. Does anyone have any good Pop servers that they would reccomend and any instruction as to how to set it up via command line?
