File Finding Program?

I have this file in my C:\WINDOWS\system32 that is causing popups to appear that for some reason are not stopped by my norton firewall although i did block the string and site name. I used to view hidden objects thing and tried searching the entire computer for it, but I still cannot see this file to delete it, and none of my programs recognize it as a problem to delete it I need a program or some other help to be able to find this file, so does anyone know of one to help?

Try installing Ad Aware and Spybot, both are free to download and use, and they can be found with a search on Google.
