something is wrong!

okay well i have 2 problems... 1) whenever i go to control panel, everything is all blank, even when the page is done loading. It will say on the status bar, "37 items" but all the icons have disappeared! What can i do?? 2) When i go to certain websites, it's kind of similar to my first problem..the whole page is blank and on the status bar, it says "done" What can i do?? HELP PLEASE!
