Help Pleasles for measles

Post by AmaD »

Right, someone I know, yes, the same person who I said I'd buy those components for, bought them. Seem to be ok, until terror stuck *dun, dun, duuuuun* Yes, He forgot to plug it in. Just joking. Anyway, He turns it on, graphics card in (and tried without, onboard methinks) and the other components work but the monitors (tried with 2) always display 'no signal'. He got a dodgy VGA lead which only had 14 pins I think, so I assume it's dodgy His 'card is a 9600 XT btw, so, so, erm. Yeah. But he tried with another, no success. Any ideas? The components e.g. HDD, RAM, CPU are all working I think and there's no beeps when he turns it on. Thanks for any help
