File being used by another program, way to know which one ?

Hi, I'd like to know if there's a way to know which program uses files that can't be accessed because of the "This file is being used by another person or program" error (while renaming, deleting...) Is there a software that could show me that ? or a way in windows ? Thanks by advance.

You could browse around in the Application tab of Task manager (CTRL+ALT+DEL) and look for the name of the program if it's obvious or just close down any suspicious running aplications...
