Rilphia Saga Second Age MMORPG

Hi, I am having a problem running a client for a free MMORPG. I have tried disabling my firewall and I don't get any runtime errors. I try to create an account and it says sending information and hangs. I'm using WinXP SP2 and I am searching for anyone who has had this sort of problem too (hopefully someone who fixed theirs). I have had this happen with similar programs too. Thanks for the help
