desktop troubles. please help!

My computer screen has done a flip. it has turned onto its side and i don't know how it happened or how to fix it! its like the monitor has been turned 90degrees but just the screen has moved. does anyone know how to fix this? i'm getting sore neck.

You moniter may have a flip screen function in its menu. Otherwise, you may have a Trojan Horse Virus (Theef) infecting you computer which allows for hackers to play around with your computer.
