My computer keeps losing power every 20mins!!

hey guys, First time using a pc forum! As seen below, i have a A8n-sli Dlx mobo. I think its a motherboard or hardware fault as it happens in bios as well as windows. basically, i hadn't done anything to the computer when on monday evening my computer just shut down, no warnings, no bleeps nothing. I thought it was a one off. but ever since then, i cant go on the computer for more than 20mins as it turns off. I have Asus Probe - a mother board monitor and the temp. for cpu is at highest 38 centegrade. This is way too low for overheating. The motherboard temp. is even lower! I dont have a clue as to what to do or how to figure it out. Please Help!!! Sam

Assuming that all your fans are clean, including the power supply. Get a new power supply.
