Help with java, I really need help!!!

All websites are running slower, a lot slower... Then I though it was a virus, spyware, etc... but I finally discovered (after scanning with counter spy, microsoft aniti-spyware, spybot, pc-cillin, norton, avg free) that I had a problem with java. All websites are loading slower, but then, I saw everytime it loads a java script, it takes long as hell... so, in my firefox browser, I disable java and java scripts, and buf, they started to load as before. But as everyone knows, java is needed for many things, so, I just need help. What can I do?
