computer won't start anymore

pls help me alredy check all the connections. when i push the power button on my casing, my monitor doesn't turn on it's just black screen my computer specs SAMSUNG SYNCMASTER 750ST P4 3E PROCESSOR INTEL D865PERL MOTHERBOARD 4 PCS PC400 256MB DDR GEFORCE4 TI4200 128MB DDR 2 80GIG SEAGATE SATA HDD LITE-ON CD WRITER FLOPPY DRIVE 2 EXHAUST FANS 300 WATTS POWER SUPPLY TOWER CASING WINDOWS XP SERVICE PACK1

Do you see anything on the display?, Can you try it on a different system? Are you using the onboard graphics? If display works on another system try a different graphics card to try

already tried the changing video card still got the same problem my mobo doesn't hav on board graphics card.
