can't....... delete...!!!!!!

I got a torrent that was supposed to be a movie, but it turned out to be .exe And now I can't delete it cuz it says it's being used, even after several restarts. Is there a way to force delete it, or find out which process is using it so I can kill it? It doesn't do anything when run, just pops up a DOS box for a second and dies. It's 580 MB though..... so somwthing's up with it, and I really want to kill it.

Try starting in safe mode, then delate it.

Ah... there's an idea.... I shall try it soon.... I will return to tell you how it did.
