fresh start

hi. okay, computer is being retarded and i can't seem to fix it all the way.... i just want to wipe everything and reinstal windows and a few select programs.... can anyone help me out? thanks.

Make sure you have a Windows CD or disks, then you will have to format you're hard drive. If you have XP change the BIOS to boot from you're "D" or "CD" drive. The compleat intruction can be found at the link below. http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=313348
