Trojan Adwaheck

Norton Antivirus 2005 detected the Trojan Adwaheck virus, but the program is unable to either quarantine or delete the virus. I have followed the detailed instruction provided by Symantec, but the virus remains. Any suggestions?

try running trend micro's house call online scanner and remover http://housecall.trendmicro.com/
