remote access advice

Post by paul_aj »

im looking for a reliable and easy to use remote access software program. id be helping people who are not computer-savvy so i dont want something that will require complicated setup or firewall reconfigurations, etc. ive heard of pcanywhere and gotomypc but i really want something less expensive. a friend recommended logmein, but i've never heard of it. anyone had more experience with this program? thanks in advance, Paul

I've used LogMeIn before and find it to be an excellent program. I've had my non-techie girlfriend download it and we didnt have any problems--it gets past almost all firewalls. She's never complained about it being difficult to use. I've never complained about the price
