My Computer Will Not Turn On!!!!

My computer is not turning on... visually. The fans turn on. The cd drives will open and close. Something will beep at me everyonce in a while when i turn it on. When that happens the monitor will turn on but then it will usually freeze up before I can try to boot from a disc. Please help me x_x

You may have bad ram, if you feel comfortable open the case and remove one stick at a time. If you have just one remove it and try to boot. Let us know what happens
