Need Advice XP password resetting software

OK I need a little advice on software. I do computer repair for both my work and on the side. What I am looking for is a program free/ bought in a bootable CD format that will either reset the administrator password or display the current one. I have run across several computers now that the person has forgotten the administrator password, and changed their password and forgotten it. Up to now my only option has been to reformat the drive and reinstall XP and the rest of the programs. I know there has to be a easier way to reset the administrators password. I would like it on a CD, because newer laptops, and select desktops are not coming with "A" drives now. Any suggestions?

Should of followed up on this link. I found a password resetting utility that boots up in Linuix. Works goood, for NT, 2000, XP, and Windows 2003 server. If anyone needs it let me know.
