2.00GHz Is Not Enough!
Ok, I will admit it, 2.0GHz was not enough for me. I needed a faster CPU. So about an hour ago, I started doing my high-end overclocking. I first set the multiplier to 8X. Then I set the FSB to 220MHz. Didn't work. Tried again at 219MHz. Perfect! Then I raised the multiplier 0.5 at a time till I got to 9.5X. 10X crashed on me. You are most likely wondering by now how my Corsair Value RAM is running at 438MHz. Don't worry, I set it to be 83% of my CPU's FSB, or 364MHz. That was the closest setting to 100%.
Oh, by the way, this is an Athlon XP 1800 T-Bred B that I am overclocking, making this a 36% overclock.

This is also a 65% FSB overclock from the standard.
I mainly did this for a FSB overclock.
As you can see, my gaming scores really liked it.

Well, games seem pretty slow at 1.53GHz with a 266MHz FSB.
They are much quicker at 2.08GHz with a 438MHz FSB.
Trust me, I have had more experience with overclocking.
I went from a Pentium 4 1.8GHz to a Pentium 4 3.2GHz.
I think this is a very noticable overclock.

My original spec was an Athlon XP 1800.
I just decided to reach its full potential.
In fact, my CPU is faster than our Athlon 64 2800.
