Ok, I decided to overclock my AMD Athlon 64 2800.
I can't increase my multiplier on my board, just my FSB and HTT (Hyper Transport). My original spec. was 1.80GHz with a 1600MHz System Bus (200MHz FSB x4 HTT x2 Double Data Rate = 1600MHz). My final result is 2.30GHz with a 1530MHz System Bus (255MHz FSB x3 HTT x2 Double Date Rate = 1530MHz.) My original spec. performed between an Intel Pentium 4 3.0E and a 3.2E. My final result performs between an Intel Pentium 4 3.8E and a 4.0E. "The Intel Pentium 4 CPUs compared are on Socket 775. The tests were done through SiSoftware Sandra Standard 2004.SP2b (Win32 x86)."
The reason I switched the HTT down from x4 was because the nForce 3 250's default System Bus is 1600MHz. Besides, my memory only operates at 340MHz.

We have DDR400.
The motherboard has 4 settings : Auto, 166, 133, 100.
Auto is 200 at 200MHz FSB.
200 = 100%
166 = 83%
133 = 66%
100 = 50%
We set it at 133 so the RAM could run at 340MHz (not 100%).
In fact, I got better than 2.4GHz out of the machine while stable.
