It is all here.

The wattage has dropped to 67W but will be expected to rise up to 104W with dual cores.
Although AMD said they are planning to hit 8 cores per CPU, they didn't say when. Considering this is coming from a company that doesn't break its promises, we can expect this to happen soon so that it doesn't keep us waiting.

so amd will have a chip w/ 8 cores, so it is like dual core, but with 8?

Nolano, if what i am saying above is correct it would be called octocore or something of that sort
