Unknown App

Ive found a process called czaekv.exe which prevents me from deleting some files...I can't find any information on it from initial searching. It has not been detected by ad-aware or pc-cillin...it operates out of prefetch. Thats all I know, if anyone has any info on this process it would be good to hear it!
