According to this article, MRAM will reach Cell Phones and Pocket PCs by 2005 and Notebooks and Desktops by 2006. By 2007, MRAM will be used in recording and playback devices (video recorders, cameras, DVD players). However, this road will not be easy. Everything surpasses DRAM and Hard Drives except the cost to get these things out. We can expect these to be expensive, but very powerful, RAM chips.
