Windows XP

Please help me. I have Windows XP Home Edition, and my taskbar will no longer load, my shortcuts don't work, I can't log on under any usernames other than the administrator, and my computer keeps telling me that my Recycling Bin is corrupted. I'm beginning to believe that a driver was deleted somehow.

it sounds to me like some system files have been deleted, so I would try booting in safe mode and using system restore if you have it. If not I would look into reinstalling your OS
