internet surfing problem

whenever i open internet explorer, a browser opens up with this adress http://www.filost.com/stop.htm. can somebody tell me how to remove this tanx

Some spyware got on your computer. To remove it use either Adaware or Spybot. The spyware got on your computer probably because you're using Internet Explorer for web browsing. In case you didn't know, there are a lot of browsers that are a lot better than Explorer. Try Firefox (http://www.mozilla.org).
