Home-built computer gets stuck at POST screen

i have just build a computer and i am using msi K8n neo 2 mobo Amd athlon 64 fx 55 corsair ram geforce 6800 gt 400w akasa psu 200gb seagate sata hard drive the first time i booted it up and installed xp onto the hard drive it worked perfectly but i got a new graphics card (mentioned above) and installed it and booted it up and the screen went blank upon returning the card to the shop and getting a new one i re built my computer and then it got stuck at POST so i made sure all the connections were secure and booted it up again and the same thing happend again so i presumed that the processor was screwed so i took it back to the shop and got a new one but the same thing happed so i took the mobo and processor back and rebuilt it today and it is still getting stuck at post and not going any futher when i push DEL to get into the BIOS it just beep's i cant switch POST as it just beeps i have cleared the CMOS changed the CMOS battery changed the mobo jumpers around and it is still getting stuck at POST Please help!!!!!!

You said you put a new graphics card in after you had a good boot up, I would try with the old card and see if you get a good boot. If that doesn't help and you know the BIOS chip type check out the beep code that will give you some more trouble shooting help. http://www.computerbb.org/about1720.html
