Coding Help Please (Menu)

If you're familiar with a bit of CSS, Javascript and HTML, please help. Here's the page I'm working on: <a href="http://free.angeltowns.com/amad/Menu/menus.html">http://free.angeltowns.com/amad/Menu/menus.html</a> and I want to make the menu display as a single line (as it looks below) <a href="http://free.angeltowns.com/amad/Menu/Index.html">http://free.angeltowns.com/amad/Menu/Index.html</a> but for some strange reason it wants to display on several lines initially and screws the entire design up Please help me on this
