computer blue screening

My computer randomly blue screens with this error IRQL_NOTLESS_OR_EQUAL here the event of it from the event viewer Image any ideas? hp laptop p4 3.0ghz 512mb win xp pro

One problem may be, When the LAN driver unsuitable for the LAN controller is installed, it may stop in the following STOP error etc.
If I could remember all I have forgotten, I would be a smart man.
