Worms Armageddon Problem

Worms Armageddon doesn't work on my computer. I'm using the same disc that my friend used to install it on his computer, and it works on his computer. When the autorun goes, nothing happens. Then, when I go into My Computer to install the game manually, the little hourglass appears, then disappears, like something's preventing it from opening. Can anyone help me? Does it make a difference that I have XP Pro, and my friend has XP Home?
