this application has failed to start because binkw32.dll was not found.re-installing the application may fix this problem.

Description:
binkw32.dll is component for the BINK video codec and is used to play compressed movies within application such as games.
The Spy Bot database currently registers binkw32.dll to RAD Game Tools
You can download it here if you want it, or remove the software that is trying to use binkw32.dll.
