What temp should Athlon XP 2100 266fsh be at?

I have a cpu as above with heatsink and fan. In the BIOS setting, it says that the temp is about 68c or something. Is this normal?

thats actually not to bad. dont worry if it gets too hot an alarm will sound and the comp will probably shut down

i have an AMD XP, it isn't a 2100 but it is only at 42.

My 2800+ (overclocked by 25% (2.08GHz -> 2.6GHz) runs at 55*C... So yours seems a bit hot...

My 1800Xp runs at 91*f My 2700Xp (thoroughbred) runs at 109*f My 3200Xp (Barton) runs at 116*f The temp in the room is a constant 72*f. (Heatsinks are all Swiftechs and all are equiped with the 80mm Tornado (on a fan controller,so I have control over the noise level) and Artic Silver 5 thermal paste.
