I can't turn off my computer

I can't turn off my computer

I tried everything. I tried to hold the on/off button for a couple of seconds and I tried to reset it, log off, and shut down. It wont do any of those things. The computer wont turn off. This has never happened before. I guess I need immediate help... :shock:

unplug it then run ad-aware and spybot run mru blaster run windows update
