lan problems

ok here is the problem... i have to compaq's networked Wired into a 802.11b router dailup going into Host pc then sharing to other i can ping router and other pc using cmd and i can view folders and files either way but the dailup connection will not share for some reason i have done everything......even disabled all firewalls......i'm up for any suggestions......what happen was i downloaded homenetwork manager and it messed it all up i restored my pc and got it half going just need the internet connection to work.....any help would be apprecatied....thanks..... i can ping everything pc A pc B router and isp
