wireless keyboard freezes the pc

everytime i click a button on the keyboard my computer mouse freezes instantly and i have to unplug the pc to turn it off i have tried using a regular keyoard and i tried to reinstall the microsoft keyboard but it still freezes when i push a button on the keyboard so now im using the on-screen keyboard to type this please help [email protected]

You need to open settings/control panel/systen/device manager and see if you have a hardware conflict. Check out you're keyboard and mouse. See if you have any conflicts checked and if so change the resources to clear the conflict.

i have same problem i have windows xp home edition annd im usin onscreen keyboard can anyone gimme a walkthrough or sumthing thnks

See the above advice and also check you're batteries, if you have other wireless devices set up you may want to uninstall them and try the keyboard.

i use a normal mouse and kb and i did use the advice....there is a conflict nd i went to resources but it wont let me do ne thing
