bus driver

When i Formatted my PC, I installed that i know of everything correctly.But my internet connection seems to go really slow and sometimes disconnects me. When i go onto the properties of my computer, into the deviceanager one of the bus drivers has an exclamation mark meaning its not there...... I installed everything ad i dont know where i have gone wrong. I dont think it is a virus because i formatted again and the same problem occured.. PLZZZZZZ HELP

This shouldn't have anything to do with you're internet connection. What you see is you have a conflict on one of the devices, or the drivers are not working or installed. You have to open up device manager again and get the information and let us know what it is in detail.
