unzipping files

Hey I'm a brand new MAC user and i'm wondering how you unzip files. I just downloaded a game but to install and run it I first have to unzip it. Pleae help if you know how. Thanks Will

I'm not 100% positive that this software will work with a Mac, but it's real nice for a Windows Machine. WinRar
