PC freezes during internet

Over the last month month my PC freezes whilst on the net it is now getting to the point where for 5 minutes surfing i may have to re-boot at least 7/8 times. I have Mcafee Security Centre but cannot stay on the net long enough for updates. I am on Windows Millenium Edition. Please help, work all day then come home to this!!!!!!!!

Download and run Adaware, then get Hijack this, and post a log here, you may have to startup in safe mode if it's crashing all the time http://www.lavasoftusa.com/software/adaware/ http://www.merijn.org/files/hijackthis.zip
