2 toolbars pls help

no idea wot happenned but now i have 2 toolbars down the bottom of my screen how can i fix it? I have windows XP.

Does the start menu button work on both?

theres only 1 start button and that is on the top toolbar and when we open another program they show on the top toolbar.... also instead of having just the time it now has date also.... on the bottom toolbar are the "quick launch" programs that we originally had.

You may have downloaded some quick link program, what you can do is go to help/support and then pick restore my system to an earlier time and pick a point before you got the tool bar installed. You can also look in the add/remove programs and see if you see some tool bar or search bar program that was installed and remove it.
