Crapp Fan

Im I have an extremely ANNOYING fan it just creas and makes this extremly loid noise and dad reckons i should stick stuff in the way to stop if from moving but that would mean the computer would overheat and the motor would burnout. Can anyone tell me where i can buy a new fan? 5V?
